Customer Care Agent over phone for Mercedes-Benz Customers
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and reservations for services.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent English speaker.
- University Graduate.
- Completed military service.
- Rotational shifts: 2PM - 11PM,11PM - 8AM
