Role:

Customer Care Agent over phone for Mercedes-Benz Customers

Duties:

  • Communicate with customers via phone.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and reservations for services.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent English speaker.
  • University Graduate.
  • Completed military service.
  • Rotational shifts: 2PM - 11PM,11PM - 8AM
