Position:

Corporate Lawyer

Role:

Corporate lawyer handles all NATCO’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Principal goal is to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations, while actively helping our company avoid possible legal risks and violations.

Duties:

• Represent the company in all legal proceedings.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Conducting internal investigations with the company’s employees in a legally correct manner .
• Negotiate, review, and draft all types of agreements, contracts, and third-party relations for the group companies.
• Dealing with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Financial Regulatory Authority, the Commercial Registry, the Chambers of Commerce, and the Chambers of Engineering Industries.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• From 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate law.
