- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their automotive needs.
- Analyze customer vehicle issues and accurately recommend appropriate services, repairs, and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, keeping customers informed of the progress and any additional work required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and repairs performed using our state-of-the-art software systems.
- Upsell additional products and services that align with customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, industry trends, and manufacturer updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Job Requirements:

For Fresh Graduates (0-2 years of experience):
- A degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a successful career as a Service Advisor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
(3-5 years of experience) Experienced Professionals:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a reputable service center or dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Strong customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools for managing customer interactions and work orders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
