Duties:

Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and addressing their automotive needs.
  2. Analyze customer vehicle issues and accurately recommend appropriate services, repairs, and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, keeping customers informed of the progress and any additional work required.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and repairs performed using our state-of-the-art software systems.
  5. Upsell additional products and services that align with customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, industry trends, and manufacturer updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
For Fresh Graduates (0-2 years of experience):

  1. A degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a successful career as a Service Advisor.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  4. Basic knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs.
  5. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 (3-5 years of experience) Experienced Professionals:

  1. Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a reputable service center or dealership.
  2. In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
  3. Strong customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  4. Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools for managing customer interactions and work orders.
  5. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
